At Defenders of Resilience Military Ministry, we know some of the hardest conversations never happen because walking into an office can feel overwhelming. That is why Coffee Cup Counseling was created.

Coffee Cup Counseling offers free pastoral counseling and peer lay counseling support conversations in safe, neutral spaces like coffee shops, parks, and community spaces. No pressure. No clinical office. Just a place to sit down, breathe, and talk.

Coffee Cup Care

Whether you are carrying stress, grief, relationship struggles, transition challenges, burnout, faith questions, or simply need someone to talk to, you do not have to carry it alone.
